A food that is quick and easy is cheese and crackers. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a PHD-compatible rice based cracker? I’ve had trouble finding one.
Have you heard of “eating for your blood type”? Is there anything valid to this? I thought eating shellfish and meat of any kind would be good for me according to the healthy diet but I’m b+ and according to this I’m not supposed to eat shellfish and basically only can eat lamb. đ„ confused on what to follow.
I don’t think it is that hard. You don’t need to overcomplicate things with ‘diet stuff’ if you know what I mean. You just need to go the natural route. It’s quite easy. It just needs some getting used to.
