We recently purchased the book because it was recommended by one of our associates who is a chemist. We are so confused. We thought we were up to date with the latest “little to no animal protein diet” and on the road to wellness. However, we are still bombarded with info submitted by “gurus” like those at the Hippocrates Health Institute who claim they have all the scientifically-peer reviewed (Harvard-Yale…)data that proves animal protein and things like agave create massive damage (free radicals).
