It will be an exciting event, modeled on PaleoFX, with separate tracks devoted to science, food, and movement. I’ll be speaking on the role of chronic infections in our health, and how we can optimize our health in a world full of germs, not all of them friendly. For those who are unwell, I’ll give practical tips for how to diagnose and fix what is ailing you.
Other speakers will include the biggest names of the German Paleo and natural health movements. Probably the most familiar to American readers will be Adel Moussa, proprietor of Suppversity.
Dress casually, so you can attend the fitness workshops drawn from Parkour, CrossFit, Freeletics, Natural Movement, and other approaches including Darryl Edwards and his Primal Play approach. There will be food workshops as well, so bring an appetite.

REMINDER: The Ancestral Food Summit is underway, and my talk, and Dr. Lynda Frassetto’s, are free from 5 pm to 9 pm this evening. The summit has an outstanding roster of speakers, so watch for other great speakers today through Monday evening.
Once again this year, Joe Salama (with co-host Polina Sayess, M.D.) has put together a great collection of video interviews as a benefit for the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. The 11 hours of video were recorded at the Ancestral Health Symposium last summer.
