Three Podcasts

I’ve been on several podcasts and radio shows recently, and three shows are now available online. They are:

  • Nourish Balance Thrive with Christopher Kelly. We talked about caring for infants, since our Luke is 5 months old and Christopher has a 15 month old daughter. We also discussed the retreats, the healthfulness of low-carb diets, and other topics.
  • Clarity2Thrive with Ben Lowrey. We talked about the importance of intermittent fasting, why fats are a healthy part of the diet, circadian rhythms and longevity.
  • Live Toxic Free with Debra Lynn Dadd, a prominent green consumer advocate. This is a live radio program serving the Washington DC area, and I was the first guest of the new year. We covered a broad range of topics. For those who prefer reading to listening, Debra has produced a transcript.

Enjoy!

P.S. We still have a few spaces available for the May Perfect Health Retreat. If you are interested, visit here for more info or email me at paul@perfecthealthretreat.com.

New Podcast: Entrepreneur Fitness

I’ve been focusing more on lifestyle in podcast discussions lately, including in a conversation with Brandon Epstein of The Entrepreneur Fitness Podcast.

Brandon has been busy, so our conversation is currently #9 in his iTunes list (dated December 19, 2014).

We do mention the Perfect Health Retreat in our conversation; to learn more about that, click on the image to visit our FAQ page:

New Podcast: Living the PHD Life at PaleoRunner

Aaron Olson of Paleorunner and I have done a new podcast, discussing how to put PHD into practice. We cover circadian rhythm entrainment, general food guidelines, exercise recommendations and how to make the Perfect Health lifestyle work, even with a busy lifestyle. Here it is on Youtube:

New Podcast: With Kiefer on Body IO FM

I was very happy to appear with John Kiefer on his Body IO FM podcast. Kiefer studied physics at the University of Florida but is best known for his Carb Nite and Carb Backloading ideas. We had a lot to talk about. Check it out here!
