Terry Wahls and I Discuss Ketogenic Diets

Eileen Laird, proprietor of the Phoenix Helix podcast, is a superb interviewer. She brought Terry Wahls and me together recently to discuss the pros and cons of ketogenic diets: when should you eat one, how should you implement it, what are the risks, what are the potential benefits.

Terry and I approach diet from a similar perspective – we both seek an ancestral, natural whole foods diet, optimized for nutrition. So it’s not surprising that we found a lot of common ground.

Ketogenic diets have been the source of a lot of controversy, and for good reason — it’s easy to implement one badly and damage your health; but they can give hope when nothing else seems to work. If you’re interested in ketogenic diets, don’t miss Eileen’s interview of Terry and me!
